Position Overview:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for all aspects of customer support and communication with both current and potential patients. The primary objective of this role is to set appointments for customers and ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all patient inquiries, including answering questions and handling objections via various communication channels such as email, text messages, phone calls, and social media platforms.

2. Appointment Booking: Guide potential patients through the appointment booking process, ensuring they understand the services and benefits offered. For those who initiate but do not complete the booking process, follow up to encourage them to schedule an appointment.

3. Marketing Outreach: Send marketing materials and information to patients and prospective patients through email and text messages to educate them about our services and offerings.

4. Outbound Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential patients who have shown interest on our website or demonstrated engagement but have not taken action. This includes follow-up calls and emails.

5. Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to patient inquiries and questions on social media platforms, particularly Facebook, to provide information and support.

6. Phone Support: Answer incoming phone calls from patients, providing assistance, answering questions, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

7. Patient Assistance: Assist patients who have booked appointments with any additional questions or needs they may have to ensure a positive patient experience.
