Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, with specific experience in recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, and a paralegal background with a deep understanding of Mexican employment laws and hiring requirements. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful recruitment and retention of high-quality staff, managing employee relations, and maintaining compliance with local employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process from creating job descriptions to posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with Mexican employment laws and regulations.
Collect and verify candidates' government credentials and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Plan and manage employee benefits, time off, vacations, and payroll in coordination with the accounting department.
Implement effective HR policies to promote a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR issues, benefits, and company policies.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure the organization's compliance.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Manage employee relations and address any employment-related issues.
Conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend changes to improve retention.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits management.
Paralegal experience and thorough knowledge of Mexican hiring requirements and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred to navigate local legal requirements and communicate effectively with all employees.
