Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary objective is to convert prospective patients into paying customers. You will be responsible for conducting sales calls like a triage call, explaining our healthcare process, addressing objections, and ultimately convincing patients to commit to a visit with our healthcare providers. Your role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to payment and nurse interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Calls: Initiate and conduct sales calls with prospective patients to introduce them to our telehealth clinic, explain our services, and assess their healthcare needs.

2. Objection Handling: Skillfully address any objections or concerns raised by prospective patients and provide compelling reasons for them to choose our clinic.

3. Payment Processing: Collect payments from patients ready to move forward and facilitate the transfer to our nursing team for provider consultation.

4. Appointment Scheduling: Secure commitment from patients to schedule a visit with our healthcare providers.

5. Persistent Follow-Up: Be proactive in following up with leads, making multiple calls if necessary, and using various communication methods to ensure patient engagement.
